When you fill out the Get Started form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), role (buyer or seller), and any property details you share such as preferred neighborhoods, budget, and property address. We also collect a one-time verification code you enter to confirm ownership of your email address. If you use the Client Portal, we store messages you exchange with your agent, documents you upload, and activity records of your engagement.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, personalize your follow-up experience, provide the Client Portal, and share relevant local market content. We do not sell your personal information. Your contact details are used by Judy Torres to serve you as a REALTOR.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third parties to operate the Site:
- Supabase, database and authentication. US-hosted.
- Resend, transactional email delivery (verification codes, follow-ups, portal invitations, notifications).
- Anthropic (Claude), generates draft follow-up email copy and blog content based on the information you submit.
- OpenAI, generates blog cover images.
- RealScout, MLS / IDX property search feed.
- Vercel, hosting infrastructure.
Each of these providers processes data according to their own privacy policies and applicable data-protection agreements.
4. AI Usage Disclosure
This Site uses artificial intelligence to draft follow-up emails from the information you submit on the Get Started form, to generate blog content, and to assist with client-facing checklists. AI systems review the information you provide to personalize the response; no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses a small number of cookies:
rh_lead, a simple flag set after you verify your email, to unlock gated resources.- Supabase auth cookies, if you are signed into the Client Portal.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising at this time.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact and activity information for as long as it is useful to serve you and as required by applicable real estate record-retention laws. You can request deletion at any time by emailing Judy@RealHubAI.com.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Residents of California, Texas, and other states with applicable data-privacy laws may have additional rights. To exercise any right, email Judy@RealHubAI.com.
8. Email and SMS Communications
We may send you marketing and transactional emails. You can stop marketing emails at any time via the Unsubscribe page or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional messages (email verification codes, portal invitations, and direct replies from Judy) will continue to be sent as part of our service to you.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including TLS for all traffic, row-level security on our database, and authenticated access controls on the Client Portal. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
